SSH not working in OpManager 6.0!!!

I trying to find out in my problem with connecting to non-snmp devices

I received the following results:
When i trying to connect on ssh-protocol OpManager answer that "device didn't response", "applnerr*.log" have no any errors. But when i start telnet-service on client and change "Connection Protocol" from SSH to Telnet in "Password Credentials" of the device, then connection tests passed and monitors working correctly!!
But Telnet-protocol is very insecure as we now! How to setup ssh connection?
