SSH - Credential Details

Hello all,
I have the OpManager version 9400 and I have a problem with SSH credential.
After many tests and with the help in this OpManager Topic http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002644733 if successfully tested SSH credentials for a Linux machine. (see the attached picture).

In order to apply SSH credentials I set the following parameters:
Connection Protocol: SSH
Port Number --> 22
User Name --> root
Password --> my password :-)
Command Prompt --> [root@rsis-lu-mds01 ~]#
Login Prompt --> : login as:
Password Prompt --> : root@10.72.16.27's password:

So, despite CLI test passed if I go again in the machine credentials (Passwords "Click here to change) I see that all CLI information are lost. Any idea?

More or less a quite similar problem appends if I go in the "Admin" --> "Credential Settings". Under Actions --> New Credential. If I set the "Credential Type" as "Telnet/SSH" and as "Login Prompt" I write ": login as: " and I Add it, if I try to update the Credential it's impossible to open. I did many tests and I saw that is impossible to set
Login Prompt as ": login as: "
Password Prompt as ": root@10.72.16.27's password: "
So, I have to set login and password prompt as described but it's impossible. Why?
Any idea?
Thanks for all and best regards and happy new year.
Matteo
