SQL statement - software audit report

I would like to make a report for a software audit.
Could anyone please share an sql statement for a report containing following fields:
Software Name, Manufacturer, Software type, Software Category, Workstation Name, User, Department
where Software type <> 'excluded'
order by Software Name
