Hi All

We have installed SQL Service monitoring on our servers. OpManager is reporting that the services are down on these, when we log in all the SQL Services are still running.

When we look at the report for the service it says that these services have an uptime of 100%, however we get email and sms notifications that they are down.

Notification we receive is below

MSSQL Server, SQL Server Agent, SQL Browser Services are Down

Service Down

UnAssigned

VirtualDevice
