Can someone please assist me with an MS SQL query string that will return the 'resource cost' for an asset as part of a custom report?

 

I've tried using the 'COST' column from the 'ResourceCost' table but I can't seem to get the right string syntax to produce the output. I keep getting variants of the 'Invalid column name' error.
