SD+ version 11.3 Build 11311

I am looking here (but can't find anything related) on SQL Queries based on tracking technician activities. 

Is there any existing SQL query I can use to know who have done what and where (like changing request status, input data in fields, etc.) between a specified timeframe (like current month, last month, last quarter, etc.).
