I'm trying to setup Password Manager Pro and only have access to a named MSSQL instance.

I have confirmed that I can setup an ODBC DSN from the PMP host to the SQL server using the SQL credentials, so I've ruled out firewall / connectivity issues. 

When I hit Save or Test, I get a popup "Unable to connect to the database. Check SSL Connection, username, hostname, password etc., and continue."
