I have two SQL servers.  The one that works with SQL monitor is a Windows 2003 32bit and SQL 2005.  I get the General Sever Details, SQL server details and database details and looks perfect.

 

However my second server is also Windows 2003 32bit and SQL 2005.  however I only get the General Server Details.  Both the SQL Server details and the database details shows "Not Available"

 

I used the same domain admistrator account.  I can login to the second server with the account and I can manage the SQL server and database with the SQL enterprise manager tool using that account.

 

I looked at the logs but it does not show anything about the issue.
