SQL monitor logins/sec seems incorrect
We are using a windows 2003 server with MSSQL 2005.
We enabled the MSSQL monitor's in opmanager. The number of logins/sec is very high.
If we compare it with perfmon it seems a miscalculation is made in opmanager. We tested with a raw polling tool to get the data from the wmi Win32_PerfRawData_MSSQLSERVER_SQLServerGeneralStatistics and we got high numbers. So there must by a formula in perfmon that converts it to a normal value.
Or is perfmon wrong? And if so what units is the Win32_PerfRawData_MSSQLSERVER_SQLServerGeneralStatistics then.
Pls any suggestions are welcome...
