We have ADMP connected to a separate MSSQL database on a dedicated server.  Now that we have had ADMP running in production for several months I am watching the SQL database growth to determine how much space growth to account for.  This brings up a question.  How is the data in the database managed?  how do you set archive settings for old reports?  i have found the archive settings for the Technician Audit logs and understand how that works.  But what about old scheduled reports?  Large reports?  etc.

For example, we recently ran an NTFS report against one of our primary file servers for the entire tree.  This report really enlarged the database significantly.  Now that the report is done, how do we clear it from the database?
