I have been going over the ticketing import process. I cannot seem to locate how I can import my OLD ticket numbers. It is crucial that this information is brought over from our old ticketing system.

Also, I do not see a field where all of the comments can be migrated either. I have tried going through a test import and can see the field mappings, except being able to import the ticket number and comments.
