speed difference betwen opm and netflow

Hi all,
i have some question here. i'm using opm and netflow but when i checked the port speed from one of my device, i got confused, because both apps give me different report, these are the differences:

1. these are from netflow:

Traffic IN 6.32 KB 251.73 bps 74.66 bps 14.4 bps
Traffic OUT 89.16 KB 2.48 Kbps 25.60 bps 198.13 bps

2. these are from opm:
Max(kbps) Min(kbps) Avg(kbps) Current(kbps) 95thPercentile(kbps)In 3.5 0.0 0.38 2.23 0.22
Out 0.36 0.01 0.07 0.34 0.06

i took the report from the same time. can any body tells me which one is the right one?and one thing where should i ask this, to opm techsupp or netflow techsup?
