Specification reports
Hi Guys,
I am wondering if there is a way in Servicedesk to get a Hardware/Software specification report for specific devices? This report would give me in detail, the # hard drives, RAM and processors in a specific device. I would like to do an inventory of the servers and hopefully this feature is available in Servicedesk.
