SPD 8217 to 9000 Update Fail

SPD 8217 to 9000 Update Fail

Hi there!

I've attached logs. Seems that it fails while backing up, trying to access a non-existing table (ServiceReq_601).

Upgrade path is 8216 -> 8217 -> 9000.
