Spam Rule set to block Exchange out of office replies "Subject Begins with "Automated reply" still append to request
We're trying to prevent Office 365 Exchange user Out of Office Replies (Subject begins with Automated Reply) from appending Requests (unsuccessfully so far).
I've created a SPAM Filter for Subjects that Begin With 'Automated Reply' - yet they continue to append to the requests (even if request has been closed).
Is this beyond SD+ (Cloud) capability or am I going about this the wrong way?
