Spam filtter doesnt work properly
I have the following rule in our spamfilter:
Drop e-mail when: Subject does not contain "[GDF ServiceDesk]" or "[MRM]"
This suggest that e-mail with either [GDF ServiceDesk] of [MRM] in the subject will be used to create new requests and other mails will be dropped.
