Hi,

We have a very large number of filters defined in the SPAM filter because we receive a lot of different system messages that we need to block from creating requests. This is working very well. However, even though the requests are being blocked, it seems that SDP is still creating new requesters when the system emails come in. I end up doing regular cleanups in the requester list, and they keep coming back, even though the requests are not created. Is this possible, or am I doing something wrong?
