We just purchased several apps from you after reviewing them for the trial period. At the time we were running a different build than the current release that is currently available. What we did was do a complete reinstall of the machine and OS, then proceeded to install the latest version available for download. We are running Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition with SP1 installed. When we install the ServiceDesk then start the process up the blue bar hangs right below the T in Advent. We've installed this on another machine with Windows XP SP2 running to see if it was something with Windows 2003; however, the same thing happens. Are there others having this issue?
