SP1 Installation problem
I am having difficulty getting sp1 applied to build 4002 on a windows 200 server
I have followed the online instructions,
i.e shutdown netflow service (used control panel)
extracted the files in SP1 into c:\adventnet\me\netflow and then ran BackupDB.bat to copy the mysql data files.
Then ran updatemanager.bat, selected the sp1 .ppm file, and tried to install.
It attempts to install, but fails with an error, (Unspecified) and then does a cleanup after failure.
I have attached the log for the session.
Is there anything else I should try??
