Source, Destination, and Conversation Hang

I am running a P4 2.7ghz 2000 server with 1g of RAM. I have two issues at the moment.

1. When I click on the Source, Destination or the Conversation graphs they either don't come up at all, or they take about 10-15 minutes to come up. Is there something I can do to speed this up? I am on an OC-3 link, and I am monitoring only two managed Gigabit Ethernet ports. The traffic comes in to the East coast from the west coast. The average traffic flow is about 70mb.

2. I am getting three interfaces managed from each router instead of one. I only have one configured on each router. I unmanaged them, but don't know why they are in there. Any ideas? Thanks
