Sorting Question
We are using OpManager ver. 8052. and a user in our operations group brought this to my attention. We have created an infrastructure view that lists all of our customer premise routers. The issue is that when we make the attempt to Sort By Severity, the expected result is not achieved. What I mean is that when used, that function would list all of the CPE gear that were not responding at the top of the list. Now the list is being sorted but not in that way.
Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is a fix for this at the moment.
