My team are moving to working through our queues in order of priority level, however when we sort the columns by priority, we aren't sure what the next sort is being performed.
For example, we use the List View option to view our workload. If we have our tickets sorted by priority, and we have the P2 tickets at the top, what is the next column that it is sorted by? And can we set this up so it sorts by priority, and then another column of our choosing?
