Soon-To-Expire Passwords - Email Text
We've been successfully using the soon-to-expire passwords feature and emails go out to end users on the schedule we assigned, (14 days, 10 days, 7 days, 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 day...) However, we're finding that the text contained in the email does not match what we have setup for the users to get -
Email example user actually gets:
From: ITMailbox
Sent: Tuesday, October 10, 2017 8:00 AM
To: John Smith <
JSmith@Domain.org>
Subject: Password/Account Expiry Notification
Dear John Smith,
You have been reminded already about the impending password expiry (on 10/15/2017 09:37 AM). However, you have not changed it yet. Please change it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Text in the configuration:
Dear %userName%,
Please be aware that your Domain Network password will expire on %dateTime%. If you have not already done so, please be sure to change it before the expiration date. The easiest way to do this is while on the Domain corporate network.
Should you encounter any problems, please contact the Domain IT Team, we will be happy to assist you.

Preview from the console reads:
Dear John,

Another user reports the following email:

Subject: Password/Account Expiry Notification
Dear John Doe,
Despite all the reminders, you have still not changed your password, which will expire on 10/16/2017 08:37 AM. If you do not change it now, you might find yourself locked out of your computer! Please change it immediately.

I'm not seeing any obvious checkboxes to use or not-use the mail content section. Anyone have any thoughts on why we're not getting the text we exepect?
