Some questions

We have the trial version of Netflow Analyzer 4 running and we will soon be purchasing it. One thing we have had problems with is the sorting of devices in the All Devices-Dashboard View. We have noticed that some of the devices are sorted alphabetically but we have groups of devices further down in our list that are not where they belong in the list (for example we have a group of devices that are sorted alphabetically that come after a device starting with W) Is there a way to make it resort all the names? If not could you consider this in a future release. Another problem is whenever we scroll down and select a device it always goes back to the top of the list when we return to the All Devices list. We have a large number of devices and its a pain having to scroll down again every time.
Also what is your recommended method of backing up our configuration and netflow data? Do we just copy the mysql directory or are there configuration files in other directories? We would like some sort of backup feature in the software where all of the data and configuration can be backed up and restored easily. Also a means to schedule this backup.This is a standard feature in all our other network management software.
