Some possibilities were gone
1. In the left corner, a window "Quick Create - New Request".
If it to curtail to (minimise), pass to any other tab, and then will return on tab Requests that it it is developed. And on correct, the window "Quick Create - New Request" should be closed.
2. In version 7022 if all obligatory fields are filled, except point "Time Taken To Resolve" at closing of the Request the program suggested to fill point "Time Taken To Resolve". And in version 7502 gives out an error: FAILURE:Request cannot be completed. Please fill the following fields-No workLog Found Actually it should pass to point Add Work Log.
