Some new mail IDs got not processed to new requests.

Hi,

We observed in our On-Prem Instance an unexpected effect:

E-Mails from some "new mail IDs" aren't processed to new requests. Mails from other "new Mail IDs" were processes successfull. 

Message in log for the faulty cases: 
"Email is received from a new mail id : ****@****.***(annonymized).  Configuration is set as NOT to receive email from new email addresses. Hence, not going to create request for this mail."

We raised already a case @ ME-Support but no answer since more than 2 weeks.
Has anyone an ideas how to work arround or fix that?
