Some Issues
Hello:
We have been testing OpManager and works good so far, few issues:
1) We have identified few devices that we dont want to monitor in servers category and for that we first unmanage them and then delete them, however after every restart of OpManager service they get discovered again in Server Category. Is there any way to delete them once for all? We have installed OpManager 5.5 on Windows 2003 Server.
2) For some of the HP plotters which are discovered correctly after some time an alarm is generated and its device status shows up as trouble even though alarm message is "Device Active and Responding". When alarm is cleared manually its okay for some time and on next poll similar alarm is generated. We have verified the snmp settings on plotter.
