Some Issues

Good day everyone, I need some assistance in integrating the alerts of OpManager to Service Desk. Prior to the issues I was unable to set it up at all, but I got it working. When it began to work I kept getting a mesage appearing in Service Desk saying that my request had been created, the exact message is as follows:

Title Your request has been created successfully with Request ID : 1244
Description
Request ID : 1244
Date Created : 04-Apr-2005 19:03
DueBy Time : 04-Apr-2005 23:03
Title : Your request has been created successfully with Request ID : 1242
Status : Open
Priority : Normal
Mode : E-Mail
Requester : *****
Requester Mobile Number :

Nothing else, all my Monitoring Intervals as well as my Notification
Profiles are in order. The only aspect i am unsure about is the SNMP
trap Processors...I believe this may be an issue, but you would know better
than me... Please assist :cry:

Also, Some devices are unable to show rx and tx traffic or anyother graphs, why is this happening?
