We are in the final process configuring opmanager and some problems/doubts came out.

After following the solution http://support.opmanager.com/sd/AddSolution.sd?solID=5702 we were not able to make all the UPS Status values to show up.

The UPS load and UPS charge dials that we configured in opmanager_snapshot_dial work perfectly, but all other dials don't dispite being configured (except for the battery health). What is missing?

Regarding the AD we couldnt find a way to change the threshold values for the "Domain Controller template", is it possible to change those values in the database? If so in witch tables are those settings?
