Some DC agents not update inventory scan resut and last contact time

Desktop Central 10 build 10.0.657

On some computers, there is a problem with the update inventory scan result and and applying configurations. These computers have the same error in dcdatatransferdown.log and dcdatatransferup.log - Unknown Error. Code : 12186. 
I first encountered this problem after upgrading to version 10.0.655.
I tried removing agents on computers, deleting them on the DC server and installing again - nothing helped. Computers are not listed in the scanned computers list view after agents are reinstalled. Last contact time updated only one time after installing agent.
At the same time, the agent status on them can be different - online or offline, although the computers are turned on.
