First of all I'd like to say, that your idea is
really great! By "idea" I mean OpManager + NetFlow Analyzer + WiFi Manager + ServiceDesk Plus as
cross-integrated network monitoring cluster.
Each package (by package I mean, for example OpManager, or NetFlow Analyzer and so on) has it's own web server and database server inside. Since each package can work in "standalone" mode it is needed indeed. But I can't understand why there are so many problems with reconfiguring each package so they all would use only one local or remote MySQL (MSSQL) server? And I suppose one web server also can be used... Don't you think?
If we're talking about integration... Maybe there is a reason for thinking about some centralized configuration? At the moment, for each package I must configure a lot of settings, which are used across whole cluster. Moreover, in my opinion, servers, routers and other hardware also must have centralized, because it's really boring to add the same hosts or networks twice or thrice...
I think these are two most critical ... mmm ... things to think about...
