Some clients will not sync on desktop central

I am new to using desktop central.

My first device was a samsung device and it enrolled and synced properly.  Profile was loaded along with App.

We then loaded a second device.  It enrolled but will not sync the profile or load the App.  HIt was a device made by someone called NUVISION.

We then loaded the ME app into a third unit (ACER).  It enrolled properly but still exhibited the same symptoms as the previous unit.  It would enroll but will not sync the profile and App.

A ticket was opened with support and logs were sent to them.

The logs are reporting similar problems:

"{WARNING} SAFE Permision not found!"

"{WARNING} Payload Type is not compatible Kiosk"

"{WARNING} Restriction currently unsupported in the Agent"
