SoM Policy - List synced from AD icorrect

I'm currently running into an issue where the list of computers showing under SoM Policy is displaying computers that have been removed from AD for awhile. When I go to SoM Policy->AD Sync Settings I do have the following settings:

I will note that originally this was not enabled. However, after enabling it and doing both "Sync All" and "Sync Only Modified" neither is purging the computers no longer in AD.

A couple other things of note:
  • We purchased DesktopCentral last December and the SoM policy was originally set to the entire domain, but did not appear to be synched (when I went in today the only computer originally there was the Domain Controller that was being synched with). So essentially it was never synched with the domain until today, and when synching it today it pulled up computers that were in AD at the time of the original installation, but have since been removed from AD.
  • The listing of computers in SoM policy is also showing computers in their old/wrong OUs. In fact it is showing them being from OUs that I have set not to be scanned at this point.
  • Up until this point I've been just manually adding machines under Scope of Management->Computers, so the computers listed under SoM Policy haven't really come up until now
  • I have re-entered the password of the account that syncs with AD just to be sure, but that didn't have any effect. I can also verify that this account has all the proper permissions as it is the main account we sync various services to AD with

Is there anyway to do a purge of the existing list of computers under SoM Policy, or something else I may be potentially missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
