Solutions search engine not working properly BUILD 5008

I have never found the Solution search engine to work very good. Even though you can put keywords in it seems that it does not use those to make a decision on what or how to display results. Maybe it is my system because I dont see anyone else complaining about it and information management is one of the main reasons these systems are implemented.

See my attachment. The first screen shot is a test solution I created. It simply has "Hello" as the title, "Hello" as the description, and "Hello" as the keyword.

The second screenshot is a solutions query on the word "Hello".

You would think that my test solution would come up first but it does not. It comes up last. Furthermore 2 other solutions (duplicates) come up first and they do not have the word "Hello" in the title or description NOR do they have any keywords at all.

Maybe I have an indexing issue or something like that????

Is anyone else experiencing this behaviour????
