Empty Solutions assigned automatically when ticket is opened

Empty Solutions assigned automatically when ticket is opened

Hello everyone,

I got a problem that start happening Yesterday.

Every time that a new ticket is opened, it add by itself a empty solution, causing the technician Always to click on Edit button, instead of typing it right away... Please see the attachments!

How I may solve it?

I have take a look into the template, but there is nothing on Solutions field.
