I would like to understand how we can hide sections of the solutions tree where there are no published solutions available to the end user.

Currently, we have alot of 'solutions' in the tool, but not alot of them relate to the end user in anyway, therefore, they are not made available to them. How can the portal only show the topics which contain a document relevant to that audience?
