Solution Titles Cut Short in Self-Serve Portal
Hi,
My solution titles are cut short in the self-serve portal (e.g.: "Cannot Logout, Shutdown, or Restart Workstation Wh ..."). Is there any way to configure them to display more text?
On a related note, my end users are either unilingual French or English. Is there an easy way to store solutions in both languages? My current work-around is to keep both versions of the title and solution explanation in the same solution ID... But then my short title problem is exacerbated.
