Solution attachment not attaching and showing as 0 KB
I am currently using SupportCenter plus
ver.: 7.7.0
Build: 7506
Whenever I attempt to attach a pdf to one of my solutions it shows it attaches but the size is shown as 0 KB and it will not open the file. I was wondering if this is a bug or if there is a size limit to the attachments? The size of the file 7.0 MB. Thanks for your help.
