I’m trying to figure out what is the best way to register a software that allows multiple installations but only one user at a time in the asset management module of Service Desk Plus. This happens, for example, with most of our Autocad licenses. Apparently this option is not available, since Service Desk Plus can’t control that kind of usage. Anyway, I’d like to hear from them what they suggest.
