I am trying to get a handle on the software install on my company's systems.

I have;

- setup software groups to catch all versions of a piece of software

- added a license for that software group

- associated a license for this software to a computer.

I look at the License management screen and it shows that this license is "under licensed", which it is as I have not added all licenses. good so far.

If I click on the "Managed Installations" link it takes me to a screen that shows me all the systems that this software is installed on. 

What it does not tell me is which ones are compliant.  And, If I browse to the computer that is associated with the software, this software is listed as "Compliance Status : Not Available"

What I expected was to see this computer in compliance and all the rest as not-compliant. I could then vaerify that everyone needs the software and apply the correct licenses.

What am I missing?
