SOAP response in action message

SOAP response in action message

Hi

I am currently evaluating AppManager and I like it very much so far!

One of the most important features for me will be monitoring SOAP web services. I have successfully created two such monitors with one operation call connected to each and they work fine and I receive action based e-mail messages when something is wrong.

But is there a way to get the SOAP response from the operation into the action message? In our case we can usually easily figure out what is wrong by just checking the SOAP response and it would be really nice to see it already in the alert e-mail message.

On an unrelated topic.
Is there a way to automatically clear alarms which have "cured themselves"? For example if a web service on a customer site is temporarily down for eg. 15 minutes during the night but the problem fixes itself (eg. reboot due to Windows update or something similar) it would be nice to have two e-mail messages in the morning. One saying that the service is down and another 15 minutes later saying that the service is up again. The most important part here is the e-mail message about the problem being solved. It doesn't have to be cleared in the alarm list. But at the moment it seems like the only way I get the "service up" message to be sent is by clearing the alarm in the alarm list, ie. requiring a manual action from a technician. Am I doing something wrong?
