SNMP versus Task Manager

SNMP versus Task Manager

How does their checking of CPU utilization differ? When I try to check the cpu via SNMP it shows almost 100% percent of CPU utilization, however when I logged-in in the server and check the task manager it only shows 50-60% CPU usage. What is more accurate?
