SNMP version priority
Hi,
I have 2 Switch Core Enterasys Matrix N7 1 is located in Rio and the other one is in Brasilia. When it's added the switch in Rio it is not recognized as a switch, instead is recognized as the default category Desktop. The switch have the credential OK and answer to the SNMP. Even after setup manually as a Switch I receive an error when I try to rediscovery the interfaces.
The other one in Brasilia, is recognized as a Switch, there's no errors and recognize all the modules and ports.
I compared the configuration of both switches and the difference is that Rio's Switch disabled the SNMP version 1.
It is possible to configure OpManager to work only with SNMP v2c or to configure a priority to the version 2c instead the version 1.
