SNMP Trap MIB Support

I am very new to Opmanager. When i get alert to my email i get somethin like

However i don't want so much information i just want 'PORT NUMBER' and MESSAGE' like this port is down or now it came up.

We have one more client for them i get the perfect alarm the way i want like:

Message: Port server ny-backup-02 on Bluecherry vlan is over utilized. Current IN traffic is 369.654 Mbps(36.97%) and OUT traffic is 8.856 Mbps(0.89%), whereas configured threshold is 30% . Port description is 'GigabitEthernet5/25' and index is 76.

How to get only such kind of alerts
