I added an SNMP device to OpManager v12. It shows correctly as an SNMP device in the inventory.

I then stopped SNMP from the client. I expected an SNMP timeout alarm or something similar to show in OpManager but the status of the device still shows as clear and no alarm was triggered.

The device is a Virtual Machine running Linux. 

Did I miss certain configuration?
