SNMP Problems (?)

I'm having a bit of a problem with SNMP traps (and I'm a bit new to SNMP in general). My OpManager server IP is 10.101.10.200, I have a "local" router @ 10.101.1.1 and a remote WAN router @ 10.110.1 (and 51 others).. Everything is fine with the local router, and the remote shows up fine (with the * to indicate snmp). The problem I'm having is OpManager ONLY shows traps from the lcoal router, nothing from the remote. I've verified the traps ARE in fact making it to the machine. In the "Devices to watch" view, only the local router is shown..

I assume I'm missing somthing very basic.. How does opmanager decide which devices to add to the "to watch" view ?
