Hi,

When I test snmp oids on a device (which has correct snmp credetntials), I get correct response which indicates the connection works seamlessly: (credential are masked)

But when trying the same snmp OId as a new monitor for the device (or device template), get the timeout error (red ribbon on the top of page): (server name and adress are masked)

I didn't find anything snmp related to this particular issue in <OpManager_Home>/logs files.

How could I add overcome this request timeout problem?
