I've recently setup/configured opmanager and am trying to retrieve Installed Software,Active processes, Device notes and anything else that relies on SNMP Trap.

So I started the SNMP Trap service and also allowed it in the firewall on the local server. But am still unable to retrieve the information.

The next steps I guess would be to trouble shoot SNMP and if it is sending/receiving useing a 3rd party tool. Does anyone have anything in mind? Or has anyone ran in to these issues?
