SNMP - CPU, Memory and Disk Utilization sometimes missing

I've installed OpManager build 6005 (running on RedHat FC 3) and I'm monitoring about 150 Solaris 8 servers via SNMP (NET-SNMP version: 5.1.1 on the Sun Boxes).
During my testing I've notice sometimes when I go to a system the snapshot either CPU, Memory, Disk will say "Data not available" or just one or two will say it.
If I go to test it and then go back to the snapshot view the graph will be there and the "Data not available" will be gone and it will continue working... and then sometimes I'll go back to the snapshot view later and it will say "Data not available" again.
Not all of my systems are doing this and then sometimes the ones that were doing it stop. I thought maybe it was my server check interval so I changed it back to 5 mins but yet it still keeps happening.
