Snapshot issue

Snapshot issue

Hi,
Since I upgraded, I'm able to have the information regarding CPU load, memory utilization, disk usage... thru the java client, but not thru the web.... any idea of the issue ?? (windows 2000 & 2003 servers)
I already check the login passwords infos, tried with domain\\username and domain\username...
